Kevin "Buzz" Erker presents his leadership approach, called “Leading from the Middle.” Buzz was an F/A-18 combat pilot, F-35 test pilot, and VX-23 squadron CO during his 23-year USMC career. He lives in Heber City, Utah, and started his own company, Test Elevated.
