Reading Clubs

Overview

These reading clubs help improve your student’s reading level by offering time each week to read and discuss interesting books together. Students will discuss their thoughts on characters, plot, and events of the story. We will also focus on the pure enjoyment gained by reading and appreciating the story.

I’ve watched it happen year after year of reading books with children. In a short couple of weeks, they go from reading very little to being excited about each week’s readings and looking forward to the next book.

Designed for students of all ages, these reading clubs can be online OR in person. Additionally, if a child struggles with reading, audio versions of the books are encouraged.

Below are titles of books for the younger ages. Interested? Please email Cathy. Titles of books for older students will be chosen with student input and interest.
